Rental Portfolio Investing (Long Term)

Rental property investing is the process of acquiring a property for the purpose of renting it to tenants. Investing in rental properties is a great way to build passive wealth, with an annual return of 7%-20%. Not only do you receive monthly rental income, you build instant equity of about 10%, and build wealth from the appreciation of the property. What makes rental property investing with LZ Investments unique is our innovative approach. There are four main advantages over traditional rental property investing.

Case 1: Rental Property - Long Term

House Flip Investing
(Short Term)

House flipping is the process of acquiring a property that needs some work, below market value, renovating it and reselling it. Investing in house flips is a great way of achieving high ROI, with an annual return of 36%-80%, in a short amount of time, and in the process uplifting the community. As exciting as house flipping can be, it can also be risky with all of the things that can go wrong. What makes house flipping investing with LZ Investments unique is our ability to achieve high returns, while minimizing risk.

Case 2: Fix & Flip - Short Term

What Our Clients Are Saying

“The LZ team were great! They helped us build an investment strategy that we were comfortable with. Then, they went out and delivered on the first project we invested in! We’ll definitely continue to work with them in the future.”
